Life drawing
One of my most popular drawing classes was based around the Van Gogh's Chair painting. Using an actual chair and props students would be asked to work with loose brush strokes whilst considering the tonal areas of the space the arrangement occupied. Below are a selection of studies from these classes along with a painting that I based on them.
